imos provides numerous product reports, which can be added to and customised to suit your documentation methods.  The bill of material (BoM) data can also be directly transferred to the cut optimisation system or any company specific software solution. Graphical BoMs are possible as well.  Automatically all products and panel drawings can be created and then viewed, exploded, dimensioned; these drawings can be used in the custom reports.

The imos Organiser is the central tool for the administration of projects, order data, master data and bill of materials as well as for the processing of manufacturing documents to ERP connections.  Additionally a module of Organiser called Project Manger allows for orders grouped into a batch processed together.

Planning and design data is used for the calculation of materials, labour, machine operating times, hardware etc.  This all takes place automatically in the background taking into account variable overheads. The results are then available in a range of formats and levels of detail and can be transferred into other systems for analysis such as Excel for example.  

Company specific software solutions are often applied for order processing, production planning and controlling (ERP/PPS) as well as finance and accounting.  imos uses and open system architecture which enables the access to order data and bill of materials via Microsoft Outlook, Excel or Access. The BoMs created in imos can be transferred to the company software solution via a custom created interface.
